AHHH, my little boy is growing up so fast! So many firsts the past couple of months.


It all started with a tooth. We didn't even notice it come in, honestly! I was like "this is going to be a peice of cake!" It popped up at Nana and Opa's house in Castlegar at the begining of August-he was almost 5 months old. However,...not a piece of cake. The moment we arrived home from Castlegar the monster emerged. With a vengance. We had an angry, angry baby on our hands when my husband inquired "Is he going to be like this for every tooth???". Where I then replied with a resounding "YES!" just so that we are prepared. Well...2 down...18 more to go.

The next first was rolling on to his belly! SO exciting..right? Yes...and no. He couldn't get back to his back. Seriously cute seeing him on his blly. Serioulsy annoying waking me up at night because he didn't know what to do with himself. I love the kid!






Then we started him on solids, hilarious! Everything is great with that...no hiccups-yet. He's not so much a fan of avacado, but is a sport and will still eat it.



The first year is just over half over and I cannot believe it! I cannot wait for more firsts! He has
also had the pleasure of his first road trip AND airplane ride! I can't wait until he crawls!! Just kidding! I am liking the fact I can still run and go pee without him crawling after me :)
