So...i am just SO awesome at even keeping up with this blog...haha! However it is a very exciting time of year for me! Tis the season for Reality TV. A few shows coming to an end and a few shows making there debut again. I have severe addiction to reality t.v. Honestly I used to despise it thinking "what a complete waste of time!" Truth be told it still is but i love every minute. Derek and I have a bond over Survivor, the Apprentice and Big Brother. We talk about them, make bets and enjoy watching them together. Is this pathetic? maybe. But i am not ashamed to say "My name is Kristin and I am a reality junkie.
Among my three fave's this summer I have added to the PVR roster "Hell's Kitchen" and "Master Chef". I have concluded that Gordon Ramsey is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Minus the plethera of "F" bombs. He is pretty stinkin' hilarious.
Because this is such a wonderful time of year I am going to do a little tribute to the reality t.v shows with the top ten reasons why i love them!
1. Jeff Probst is the best-i don't rembember his not wearing blue...can you?
2. I am SOO happy the Apprentice has REAL people on it now...the celebritites kind of got on my nerves (except for Brett Michaels :)
3. Hells Kitchen always has one loud mouth person and i love it because they keep it interesting.
4. Survivor is awesome, except if i went on Survivor i would ..duh...wear my bathing suit under my clothes so i didn't have to walk around in my bra and undies-eww, gross. and guys for real,...gross!
5.Amazing race always has one super lovable couple and if i could pick one reality show that i would have the oppertunity to be on it would be amazing race for sure! how cool would that be!?
6. Does anyone else find Phil Koegan as awesome as i do? he hasn't aged a bit either! haha.
7. The last few times for the finales people i actually like have won! hooray! except Sanrda should not have won last years Survivor-that was lame.
8. If I was working for a big company and a guy came with a camera crew saying they were doing a "documentry for entry level positions" I would know I was on "Undercover Boss"..seriously people, seriously.
9. My favourite host is for sure Jeff Probst. "Once the vote is read the decision is final the person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately, I will read the votes" His dialogue is just so diverse. :) "Dip your torch in the fire-in this game fire represents life" he is SOO deep! haha.
10. All these wonderful reality shows I love to enjoy with my husband, great quaility time curled up on the couch...love every minute of it.
